About The Baby Cot Shop
The Baby Cot Shop is a luxury baby and children's furniture brand, boutique, and interior design studio, based in Chelsea with a concession in Harrods. We create handcrafted nursery furniture, bespoke interiors, and luxury bedding for families around the world.

About the Role
You'll support our clients throughout their journey- from first enquiry through to delivery and aftercare. You'll learn to build client relationships, manage enquiries, prepare quotations, and work closely with our sales, operations, and design teams. No two days are the same, and you'll gain exposure across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Respond to enquiries across email, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and in-store
  • Help clients choose the right products for their needs
  • Arrange showroom appointments and design consultations
  • Maintain and update our CRM system
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow-up communications
  • Support the wider team across sales, operations, and design

Who We're Looking For
Someone friendly, organised, and eager to learn — a confident communicator with strong attention to detail. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and happy to pick up new systems. Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not essential — full training is provided.

What You'll Gain
