The Baby Cot Shop is a luxury baby and children's furniture brand, boutique, and interior design studio, based in Chelsea with a concession in Harrods. We create beautiful, bespoke nursery and children's spaces for families around the world.
About the Role
You'll manage bespoke nursery and children's interior projects from initial consultation through to completion — developing concepts, sourcing furniture and décor, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring every project is delivered to an exceptional standard. This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract combining creative work with client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple bespoke interior projects simultaneously
- Run client consultations and develop mood boards, palettes, and furniture selections
- Present design proposals and manage revisions
- Build strong client relationships from consultation through installation
- Follow up design enquiries, prepare quotations, and support conversion
- Source furniture, fabrics, and lighting, and liaise with suppliers on lead times
- Maintain accurate client and project records in our CRM
Who We're Looking For
Someone passionate about interior design, organised, and confident with luxury clients — creative, but commercially aware. Comfortable managing multiple projects and using Canva, CRM systems, and presentation tools. Prior experience in interior design or luxury client-facing work preferred.
