It is not always the easiest conversation to have, and the options can feel overwhelming when you are already navigating so much. That is exactly why we are hosting a very special evening at our Chelsea boutique this July, in collaboration with the wonderful team at ESB Consulting.
About the Event
This is an intimate, private gathering. The gathering is intentionally small, thoughtfully curated, and designed with expectant and new parents in mind. It is the kind of evening where you can sit, breathe, ask the questions you have been turning over in your mind, and leave feeling genuinely clearer. The evening will centre on finding the right maternity nurse or nanny for your home.
The conversation will be led by Sabina Borton, Co-Founder and Company Director of ESB Consulting. Sabina is a Norland-trained family consultant who brings years of experience and, crucially, a perspective that is entirely independent of any agency. Her guidance will be grounded in what is right for your family, and nothing else.
Over the course of the event, Sabina will walk you through:
- Maternity nurse or nanny — understanding the difference and what is right for your family
- Finding trusted, reputable candidates — where to look and what to look for
- Navigating the selection process — approaching it with confidence and clarity
- Agency vs independent search — an honest, balanced view of both routes
