Wellness experiences in Chelsea every mum should treat themselves to

Mums, it’s time for some ‘you’ time. We all need a bit of TLC to give ourselves a well-deserved pat on the back, after all. So if you’re looking for things to do in Chelsea to experience wellness, some self-care for mums activities or just love hanging out in one of London’s most elegant postcodes, make sure you book yourself into these rejuvenating London wellness experiences…

Glam + Go Spa Chelsea

Where: Chelsea Sports Centre, SW3 5PL

When: Open daily

What: A treatment hub within a sports centre, so you can do multiple things in the same place. Featuring two treatment rooms, facial stations and lash & brow areas, the Glam + Go spa and beauty bar has everything you could possibly need to pamper yourself. Fancy a massage? The hot stone treatment and tailored massages for mums-to-be and new mums sound dreamy. And if you want to make the most of the facilities after you experience wellness here, grab a day pass for the Chelsea Sports Centre and use the gym, swimming pool and fitness classes (there’s everything from yoga, Tai Chi and Zumba). If you’re looking for self-care for mums-to-be or a day out with your mum crew, this is the perfect option.

Triyoga Chelsea

Where: 372 King's Rd, SW3 5UZ.

Their weekly schedule features everything from gentle yoga to hot yoga, plus you won’t want to miss the upcoming online Mind Detox and Hypnobirthing workshops. Then you’ve got the treatment rooms, which offer tailored support for all healing journeys and include homeopathy appointments, energy healing, ayurvedic consultations and deep tissue massage. Chelsea’s hidden gem, if we say so ourselves.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation UK

What: It’s time to experience wellness in the form of meditation. Free weekly meditation sessions in the heart of Chelsea? We’re in. Sahaja Yoga is a meditation method that draws you into a deep state of inner silence and joy, establishing clear thoughts, transformative energy and a refreshed mindset. The sessions talk you through simple meditation techniques and allow you to connect with your inner chakras whilst feeling at peace and harmony with your body. Sound just what you need after a busy day? If you’re looking for unique things to try in the area, this self-care for mums activity might just transform your everyday mindset.

Chelsea Physic Garden

Where: 66 Royal Hospital Rd, SW3 4HS

When: Open daily except Saturdays

What: London’s oldest botanical garden on the edge of the Thames is also the perfect setting for useful wellness workshops. We’re definitely putting these upcoming workshops in the calendar: Mindful Sense & Savour Workshop with The Mindfulness Project (May) and Living Medicine: Sleep, Anxiety & Fatigue workshop (July). You can get the kids involved too – they even host Rainbow Family Plant Drawing sessions and there’s a super-cute Valentine’s Floral Arrangement Family Workshop coming up. As it’s amongst our most beautiful things to do in Chelsea, you can’t visit without having a walk around to discover the medicinal, edible and impactful plants used around the world.
