Mummy & Me Animal Prints: A Nursery Collection Celebrating Nature and Motherhood

  • When you become a parent, the world shifts.

You start seeing life through gentler eyes. A sleepy smile. A soft grip. A moment of quiet connection you were not expecting. That tenderness is exactly what inspired our Mummy & Me luxury animal print collection.

    Art That Tells a Story

At The Baby Cot Shop, we believe nursery décor should do more than fill a wall. Our Mummy & Me series brings together five animals and their young — lion, giraffe, elephant, zebra, and cheetah — each illustrated to capture something true about the bond between a mother and her child. The strength. The stillness. The instinct to protect.

    Why These Animals

Each one was chosen with intention.

The elephant is matriarchal, steadfast, built around family. The lioness is fierce in her protection and tender in her presence. The giraffe is quietly watchful, unhurried. The zebra is a creature of the herd, a reminder that we raise children in community, not in isolation.

Many of these species are endangered. Which makes this collection something more than decoration — a quiet introduction to the natural world, and why it matters.

    Made With Care

Every animal nursery wall print is produced on environmentally responsible paper with non-toxic inks, part of our ongoing commitment to sustainable luxury design. Available framed or unframed, each piece works across both traditional and contemporary interiors.

    A Gift Worth Giving

These prints make a considered gift for a baby shower, a new arrival, or a christening. Or simply something beautiful for your own nursery — a piece that will still feel right years from now.
