Style

Because your nursery furniture should feel as elegant and enduring as the love it’s built for…

Effortlessly elegant and endlessly practical, the Kensington Changing Unit is a beautiful and functional centrepiece for your baby’s room. Named after one of London’s most refined boroughs, this handcrafted nursery dresser offers premium nursery storage and timeless style in one seamless piece.

Crafted in solid beech wood, this luxury changing unit is built to last from newborn to toddler years—and well beyond. Its smooth removable tray transforms the dresser into a standalone piece of furniture once the nappy-changing days are behind you.

Customise your Kensington in warm white, pure white, mushroom grey, light French grey, or warm truffle. Or, for a truly bespoke finish, select a personalised colour to suit your nursery scheme.

  • Luxury 4-drawer or 7-drawer baby changing dresser made from solid beech wood

  • Removable changing tray for long-term usability

  • Handcrafted and painted in your choice of bespoke colour

  • Ample storage space for clothing, nappies and new mum essentials

  • Pairs beautifully with the Kensington Cot Bed and wall shelf

Includes dresser with removable changing tray. Changing mat sold separately. Custom sizing and alternative configurations are available on request. For expert styling advice or nursery planning support, our Chelsea team is here to help.

For matching nursery furniture, check out the Kensington Modern Cot Bed and the Wall Shelf.

Our changing units and dressers comply with BS EN 12221 and are crafted to be both sturdy and elegant. However, all tall and heavy furniture must be anchored securely to the wall to prevent tipping.

PLEASE NOTE:

• We strongly recommend anchoring all changing units and chests of drawers to the wall.
• Furniture tipping poses a serious safety risk, especially in homes with young children.
• The responsibility for securing the unit to the wall lies with the customer or their appointed contractor.
• Anchor kits are not included, as requirements vary depending on wall type (plasterboard, brick, concrete). If you are unsure, we recommend engaging a qualified tradesperson.
• Place on a level surface, away from windows, blind cords, and climbable furniture.
• Never allow children to climb, hang, or pull on open drawers.

USE

• Never leave a baby unattended on the changing unit, even for a moment.
• All necessary items should be within the adult's reach before placing the baby on the unit.
